You must use the iQsmartboost website in accordance with the terms of service of the social media platform you are promoting on (e.g., Twitter, YouTube, etc.). iQsmartboost rates are subject to change at any time without notice. However, the payment/refund policy remains valid in case of rate changes. We provide our best estimate for delivery times but do not guarantee them. No refunds will be given for processing orders that are delayed.

Services

iQsmartboost is designed to help promote your social media accounts and improve your online presence. We do not guarantee that new followers will engage with your content but guarantee the number of followers you purchase. While we strive to ensure accounts have profile pictures, bios, and uploaded content, we cannot guarantee this for all accounts.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund for the following conditions:

• If the order is marked complete but not delivered, you will receive a partial refund.
• If the order hasn’t started within 5 days, you will get a full refund.
• For refill services, we provide partial refunds according to the refill policy.

Refunds will be credited to your iQsmartboost account. If you prefer a refund via PayPal or bank transfer, please contact our support team at [email protected].

Disputes/Chargebacks

Once you complete a payment, you agree not to file a dispute or chargeback for any reason. For refunds, please contact support at [email protected]. Filing a dispute after a deposit may result in account termination and loss of followers or likes. Orders placed on iQsmartboost are non-refundable or non-cancellable once processed. Misplaced or private account orders are not eligible for a refund.

We take your privacy seriously. iQsmartboost does not share any confidential information you provide, including your orders. We guarantee the safety of your data against unauthorized access or modification.

Advertising Partners
